Donna McLean-Grant, Ed.D, is the Assistant Director of Workforce Development in the Office of Continuing Education and Workforce Development at Borough of Manhattan Community College (CUNY).

She is an accomplished educational administrator with over 15 year of experience in higher education administration with expertise in workforce development, strategic planning, program evaluation, adult learning principles, experiential learning, e-blended learning, oversight of several DOL training grants and sector-based career pathway programs for the pre-college, traditional and nontraditional adult-learner population.

Donna holds a Master’s in Guidance and Student Counseling and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from LIU Post.
