For the Lab’s Seamless Transfer Pathways initiative, funded by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, we partnered with four pairs of two- and four-year institutions (and one high school) to address disparities in degree attainment and transfer rates for learners starting at community colleges who hope to make the jump to a four-year institution. In this video, we share a look into a core phase of this work: building understanding through a gallery walk exercise and using that understanding to generate concepts that address each team’s end goal. Pilots launched in fall 2018; results will be tracked through 2024.
