Halle Hall serves as the Associate Manager, Philanthropic Partnerships at Education Design Lab. In this role, she leads the Lab’s grants management and development operations, strengthening the systems, processes, and cross-team coordination that support revenue growth, fundraising, and partnership success. She oversees the full lifecycle of grant and services opportunities, supports budgeting and forecasting alignment, manages the Lab’s Salesforce infrastructure, and contributes to funder stewardship, proposal development, and broader fundraising and development activities. Through her systems leadership and collaborative approach, she helps ensure strong internal alignment and high-quality external engagement across the Lab’s development portfolio.

Halle has spent the last six years working in philanthropy and fundraising in Cleveland, Ohio. Prior to joining the Lab, she served as the Philanthropy and Outreach Manager for the ASM Materials Education Foundation. Previously, Halle worked as the Gift Planning Coordinator for the Cleveland Foundation, the world’s first and largest community foundation. Halle is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting equitable access to higher education and workforce opportunity.
