Kamille Seward

Senior Associate

Kamille brings a decade of education experience to Education Design Lab as a Senior Associate, working to co-design systems that empower student parents to thrive, among other projects. She is passionate about developing our student parent design community given her own experiences as a student parent.

Prior to joining the Lab, Kamille spent her career in education as a teacher, policy analyst, school leadership coach, and program director. In each of these roles she focused on addressing systemic barriers and developing solutions to create more equitable opportunities for students and families. Kamille believes the people most proximate to problems are the experts in designing solutions, which is one of the reasons she is excited to join the Lab. She admires the Lab’s focus on equity, innovation, and human-centered design, and is enthusiastic to be part of co-creating more just and equitable systems.
