Matthew Aranda is an Education Designer who supports the Lab’s Digital Transformation team in a plethora of initiatives. His scope of work includes a focus on skills visibility and documentation. He supports partners in the implementation of the Lab’s 21st century skill digital micro-credentials. For example, he leads the Propel Polk project. He also contributes to the pilot preparation support services the Lab and Credential Engine provide together regarding Learning and Employment Record technologies.
Matthew has also held dynamic roles within education in both formal and informal settings, such as a higher education career service office and an innovation camp for kids. Prior to joining the Lab, Matthew worked in a career service office at a small private, liberal arts college. He also worked as a camp counselor in an innovation camp for kids.
