Robb Lowe is the Director of Career and Technical Education Pathways at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. He has over 40 years of experience working in career and technical education, 18 years in postsecondary education and secondary education, and over four years with community-based organizations.

Robb has also worked in a variety of capacities which include being a faculty member in career development, performing research on performance and enrollment, being an advising and guidance counselor, and a director at Perkins of dual-enrollment, credit for prior learning, youth services, and jobs.
