Toni DeGuzman left Education Design Lab in September 2025. This is an archived post.

As the Visual Designer, Toni brings over 5 years of experience in graphic design and 7 years of experience in digital communications to the Lab’s Communications team.

Prior to joining the Lab, Toni was the Director of Creative + Visual Content at the Flamboyan Foundation where she designed products and resources for educators looking to improve their family engagement practice. In this role, she also led the development of the DC office’s programmatic initiatives look and feel as well as org-wide creative strategy.

She is excited to join the Lab because she believes that everyone, no matter their socio-economic status, should have access to the education they desire.
