Erik Heyer is a respected education leader, business manager and social entrepreneur. Over the past two decades, he has played key roles building, managing, and advising numerous high-quality education organizations including private schools, charter schools, school districts, special education programs, online and education technology companies, colleges, universities, and education focused investment firms. Erik is founder and chair of The Siena School, a national leader in the field of dyslexia education.

Rufus Glasper, Ph.D., is the President and CEO of the League for Innovation in the Community College, an international nonprofit organization dedicated to catalyzing the community college movement.
Marco A. Davis leads the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), a national nonprofit organization dedicated to developing the next generation of Latino leaders. CHCI provides public service and policy experiences to outstanding Latino/a/x students and manages a network of nearly 4,000 highly accomplished alumni, and also convenes a variety of stakeholders that include Members of Congress and other public officials, corporate executives, and nonprofit advocates and leaders to discuss issues facing the nation and the Hispanic community. Davis joined CHCI in May 2019.

A Levinthal Fellow and lecturer in 2008 and 2009 at Stanford University’s esteemed school of design, Erica has worked on a variety of teams including one which redesigned the shifting experience for Volkswagen — developing a foot-operated gear-shifting system for concept vehicles.
Philip Auerswald, PhD
Philip Auerswald is an associate professor at the School of Public Policy and (for 2013-2014) the Presidential Fellow at George Mason University.
As a Senior Advisor to the World Bank, Oltac has designed a World Bank angel co-investment fund and a technical assistance facility that creates or enhances angel networks, increases the “investability” of developing world tech entrepreneurs through an incubator and mentoring ecosystem.
