Manager of Foundation Partnerships

We’re seeking a Manager of Foundation Partnerships to support the prospecting, development and management of partnerships with higher education institutions, funders, and other post-secondary organizations. The new Manager will contribute to a range of operational and partnership development activities at the Lab, including, pipeline management, fundraising, budgeting, proposal writing, pitch development, and contract and client management.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an early-stage professional who relishes the idea of joining an influential, rapidly growing national nonprofit organization in a dynamic, disrupted field. The Lab is still small enough for any team member to have an immediate impact on the success of the organization, but with a sector profile that is garnering more and more attention every day.

vsbl Client Success Manager

We’re seeking a Client Success Manager for our vsbl platform who will serve as a critical team member on our Micro-credentials team. Vsbl (Verifiable Stackable Bits of Learning) is a comprehensive online learning experience for employers, institutions, and learners to make learning visible. As a Lab platform, vsbl serves as a learning management system, communications tool, resource library, and cyber storefront for the delivery and management of Lab products. The role will be working directly with institutional/organizational partners to support the vsbl product and will be responsible for sales and support cycles including generating product leads, responding to interest, cultivating opportunities, supporting product implementation and improvements, technical support, and data gathering on product impact.
