Senior Education Designer, Community College Growth Engine Fund

We’re seeking a Senior Education Designer to lead the Fund’s on-the-ground work around the country testing “micro-pathways” as a cutting edge higher education model to improve outcomes for “new majority learners.” These are the growing majority of learners for whom college was not designed, including first-in-family college attendees, lower-income and underpaid working adults, single parents, students of color, and English-language learners.

At a critical moment in the national conversation about workforce development and the role of community colleges, you will work directly with a dozen of the most innovative institutions around the country to support the development and implementation of 18 micro-pathways that can be national models.
